    No gates. Limited space to maneuver in a dock. Probably can stay overnight at the side of the curb. There are 1-2 lots for semi/box trucks. No restroom. Fast unloading.

    The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and fast. They truly deserve all the praise they get. I wish every place had employees like them—it would make life so much easier.

    Pat was a great guy. He spent extra time for us to look at the box since it was damaged from the forklift in the warehouse. Everything was fine and it was exceptional service.

    We got lucky enough to have Pat for our very large delivery at a university hospital last week. He was so helpful not only with unloading but also with setting us up for success. We work a lot with KEMCO and are always so impressed.
