    Kreilkamp The dispatch is disrespectful. No one says anything to them about it even when reported. I was profiled by management. Had my belongings searched, without warrant or actual probable cause, and told not to take it personal. I've had pay withheld unnecessarily by dispatch that I clearly and recorded that I had issues with. My loads were manipulated to effect my pay. When I brought it to the attention of the proper channels, I was ignored. Said person literally read my messages and never replied. This company is a predatorial company with racially motivated issues in the office are of said company. (Especially dispatch) that aims at new students who know no better. Horrible and wouldn't, won't, and never will recommend this company to ANYONE. And I'm not writing this as a fired employee. I wasn't let go nor was I asked to resign.

    If you are thinking of joining this company, don't walk, run in the other direction! No motel during orientation, will sleep in truck. Maintenance shop is run by a cantankerous old dude. They say it's a 4th generation business yet still they are "revamping" their training program every now and then!! Lol, what did they do then during last 3 generations ?

    I worked here for 3.5 years, we just got a big pay bump. We have a new office with a pet wash. This works good as I have a dog that rides with me. My dispatcher calls me by my name and not by truck number. I really enjoy the personal communication.
