Awesome people who need drivers.

From my experience everyone was very polite to me. They don’t pre-plan loads. Forget about starting your days at 3-4 am. It’s like you work a normal job and have to wait until they’re in the office to remind them you don’t have a load and they’ll get you running around 9:45 or 10:00. They do not and will not pay you your last check though and they pay zip code to zip code .

Good decent company but needs work on the attitudes of people in the office. Some are friendly and some are just rude and hateful and makes the driver want to seek a different company.

Dispatchers do not preload you. You have to be guessing what your next load is going to be even when they say by recruiter that they give you preloaded information

That company was the worst company I ever work with. The equipment is very bad. First load had to put out fire from something I was told was fixed. Truck broke down, had to sleep in cold truck because they couldn't reach the people with the credit card to pay for a room. It was 9°. Told them steer tire knocking everytime I made a turn. I was told to check it in at Loves on my home time. I did. Came back .Monday was told no one from company reach back out. They don't care about their drivers or the safety of others. The knocking was so loud ,I thought the wheel might fall off. I told them it was not safe to drive like that. Every reefer I pi ked up had one issue or another. The only good thing a out the is Mickey. She was sweet and acted like she cared. Run Away!
