I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Liv. I booked a shipment with Stephen from IN back to TN. He asked for drivers name, number a copy of the registration and sent tracking to the driver that accepted. Then 2 hours later he then sends an email and states that he had to cancel the shipment. I asked why and he responded with the customer didn’t accept my MC. But I knew this wasn’t true since we’ve been in business 31 years and a great rating. I told him that and he said well we will do business on another shipment showing me that he found a cheaper carrier. We don’t do business with brokers that book shipments then cancel them after finding someone to do it cheaper.

They agree on a load and price, send a rate con.... and then continue shopping the load to find a cheaper option. Terrible way of doing business. Permanent DNU.

Had the pleasure of working with Dispatcher Nick Z who is very professional & just flat out awesome to communicate with. His drivers are always on time & he provides accurate & on time updates. Keep up the great work Nick can't wait till we do our next load together!
