Drivers beware! This is by all means a company that shows no respect at all for all the hard work you put in! A company that doesn’t pay detention, doesn’t recognize layovers, pays lower than everyone else in the market! Needless to say you ll have problems most of the time with the equipment, having to inflate tires every day, in the cold of the winter, due to poorly maintained equipment! Be careful when you spend you own money for the benefit of the company, you might not get it reimbursed, true fact. So, in this respect, I’d suggest holding off applying for a job here, you d be better of anywhere else for that matter! Ps. There s more to it, as far as log books go and the way you have to put yourself in danger out there for a mere pay. My brother drove for this company and I’m familiar first hand with the facts! We will pursue the right path and make it right! Update and response: as it was previously stated, I’m am the brother of the person in case and I will help him to the best of my abilities and knowledge file a complaint with FMCSA and labor department too. Money he spent for you and never got reimbursed has nothing to do with the so called violations!! Will let FMCSA decide if indeed the Hos are indeed legally established and abided by. And the driver was not terminated he left at his own will! And the owner of LVT ASKED IF HE WAS COMING BACK. I was standing next to him and witnessed it first hand.
