I recently hosted an at home wedding in northern IL (9/12/26) despite properly communicating the address of the wedding and the hotel which were both reflected on the invoice I paid months in advance I (the groom) received multiple frantic phone calls about 30 minutes prior to the start of our ceremony saying the driver didn’t know where he was suppose to go. I don’t know how this could be the case since as I mentioned the address was clearly printed on the invoice. I chalked that up to bad luck and ultimately one of my guests familiar with the area directed the driver to the wedding’s address. Unfortunately, the bad experience didn’t end here. The driver who came to pick up guests at the end of the wedding to bring them back to the hotel was a different person than who drove in the morning. She was so inexperienced she initially refused to even enter our driveway. Eventually my dad (grooms dad) had to leave the party without saying goodbye to guests (the most frustrating part) to assist the driver. Even with my dad holding traffic and another paid helper from my wedding staff directing the driver down the driveway she would literally go 10’ stop, pull up to correct, time and time again. I’m telling you it had to be her first day driving. The bus wasn’t even that big it was rated for 25 passengers!! On top of that the bus is equipped with a backup camera….anyways I’m writing this review on Friday afternoon nearly a week after the wedding still waiting for a call from management to correct the issue. It’s clear they do not care about the bad service we received since I paid them weeks in advance. If you are considering using this company for a private wedding or other events with a strict timeline They will call you last second in an emergency situation. BUYER BEWARE

Contacted day of around noon to discuss pickup location dispatch said driver would call 1 hour before didn't call. Called back 15 minutes before pickup time and driver said was 10 minutes away. got to pick up point and driver was not there. Called driver, driver said was close. After 5 more minutes called back and sent pin for location where were were. Said was en route. 10 minutes later called back and driver answered and said was close. 23 minutes total after original pickup time looked on app for driver location and was headed the wrong way. Called 3 ubers for guests that would have fit on the bus. Won't use again.

Our school used M&M Limousine services for the first time this year to shuttle students to and from camp. M&M services facilitated through Michelle and Cherie was professional, communicative, and supportive. We did 10 trips through them this year and while there were minor challenges along the way, Cherie was quick to resolve issues to get us back on track. We are completely satisfied with the level of support we received and will be using them again next year for all of our camp transportation needs. The buses were comfortable, drivers were on time for the most part, and students got to camp safe and sound!

M&M was wonderful to work with for our wedding! They provided transportation to our guests which made it easy for them to arrive to our venue. M&M was great!

Drivers were excellent. Arrived for pickup early. Stopped for bathroom breaks upon request. Great service.

Arrived in style and ahead of time! Thanks to our driver, Kenneth, we had a safe journey to the airport. He was very accommodating to our requests and he provided a stress-free and friendly atmosphere. He and my hubby had great convo and we made it in no time. M&M is definitely my go to for transportation services. Well done!

I hired them to take our group of 25 to & from Midway. The buses were gorgeous, & spotless. The drivers were friendly & professional. I would definitely use them again!

I booked a months ahead to make sure they're be ready for us. I booked for a pick up at home and drop off at the venue and then pick up at venue and drop off at home. First at pick up the driver was 15 minutes late. That day it was 85° outside and we're all dressed up. The A/C DID NOT WORK on the bus. The driver told us that he told M&M when he went to pick up the bus but they told him to take it anyways. So off course by the time we get to the venue we're drenched in sweat. The seats on this bus were ripped to shreds. For the amount of money that they charge you'd think they'd have better busses and service. After we were dropped i called the dispatcher and was told that they would work on the a/c or try to send is a different bus. Nope we're we're picked up by the same bus without a/c. Since then I've tried contacting s manager at M&M but I'm told every time that "they are in a meeting". One called at least 6 times and nothing. They took my information down and said a manager would contact me. It's been a month and still haven't heard from them. I'll NEVER hire them again. Stay away from M&M limousine. Their service has really gone down from the last time I used them a few years ago.
