I like this company

This is the best experience we’ve had in this industry. This company understands what the drivers go through and how to take great care of them. Every gear in this system works in a timely and efficient manner. We haven’t had a time when we felt like we didn’t have their support or as if we were just a number. Everyone is very personable and they work hard to make everything run smoothly. Each department in this company treat us fairly and respectful. Any issues that arise is allows tackled with everyone working together for good, solid solutions. We are never concerned that this company doesn’t have our back. From the beginning of the process with Ivan showing us the ropes, to Alex helping with unexpected problems, Ryan helping dispatch us with constant miles, Tom on after hours being attentive and helpful, Zack working with us on various issues and helping keep us in good spirits and Jo when we have mechanical problems, every intricate detail is covered consistently and efficiently. Because of this great team maneuvering precisely and quickly we look forward to working with them day in and day out. It’s not often someone can say they enjoy their job, but we can confidently say it with a warm smile. My husband and I are both 2nd generation truckers and we know and understand that this is how our career should operate. We are looking forward to a great future with them and want to do our part to help them continue their growth and strive in excellence. Christopher-Robin

Today marks our 1 year anniversary with this company. We are just as happy to be working with them as we were when we first started. The company has well exceeded our expectations and continue to do so. We have been driving about 5 years total and at this company we found the best DM you could ever ask for. Sasho is always looking out for our best interest and if we come across any issues he immediately jumps into action and handles it. Sometimes we wonder how he handles situations so quick and efficient. Thank you Sasho for all you do for us. We want to give a special shout out to maintenance (Ice and Joe) Thank you for taking excellent care of us and the company truck we drive. If we have any issues with the truck, they definitely make sure it is repaired. We will say they do not slack when it comes to repairs and maintenance to the truck. This company is all about safety, from making sure the truck is safe to drive, to safty on the road!, and weather conditions. We have never had any issues from this company about pulling over for bad weather. In fact they encourage it. Speaking of safety, Alex is in the safety department. He is very good at his job. He definitely looks out for you and the company. He will most certainly put you in your place if you don't follow the rules to be a safe driver. I think every trucking company should have an Alex. I can guarantee there would be alot more safe drivers out here on the road. Sending out a Thank you to payroll department. Not one time in the year we have here have we had any issues or problems with our pay. They are definitely on point! I don't know of anything more frustrating than having your pay screwed up. You don't have to worry about that with this company. Thank you payroll department. IVAN, (the owner) you have a bunch of terrific employees. They take very good care of your company and also your drivers. I'm sure it's because you take good care of them. A happy employee makes an excellent employee, and you have a terrific staff. We came aboard Marshall Trans 1 week ago, and so far we are very pleased with our decision. Every single intricate part of this business has been set up with service to the truck driver/owner in mind and that is something I can truly appreciate. Marshall is small and personable and I like that. From the very informative telephone call with their recruiter (who answered every single one of my questions with so much kindness), to our comfortable flight, to our ride to the hotel to our accommodations the professionalism and great hospitality can be felt throughout each department. I WILL say, I was NOT a fan of the motel BUT I am also a bit spoiled so maybe I should have booked our hotel myself. It is a bit of a “Truckers Convention” just outside of the door as mostly truck drivers stay there. My husband participated in the boys club atmosphere so I think he would give it 5 stars. They do not serve breakfast, but Denny’s is near by. So 3 stars on the hotel BUT still, that doesn’t negate the fact that Marshall Trans is an excellent business and as I said ... great hospitality. Orientation was fast, informative, a complete breeze. The office is quiet, cozy, clean, modern and just pleasent in general. Lunch was provided and just in general ... the owner is a former truck driver so just the fact that he caters to the comfort of drivers is really nice. I can truly appreciate CEOs that think for people before profits. The true success and growth of a business can be found in the team and he’s got a great team. Bonus ... we picked up and hooked to a 2021 Great Dane well built trailer. Nothing broken down and lousy, so I can also appreciate how that will contribute to the uptime in running. We hope to be partnered a long while and appreciate the great welcome.
