Amazing work Great business!

I want to thank Elvir and his company, Max Towing, out of Jacksonville, for their great heart, compassion, and fair pricing on a 520-mile round trip to tow for my truck. The journey was 259 miles one way, but he had to return as well. Not only did he hook up the truck without asking for payment, but he also dropped it off without receiving any compensation for the tow. He offered me a fair price that was significantly lower than any other quotes I received, and he did this based on a referral from a friend. Throughout the entire process, he never pressured me for immediate payment. Once everything was resolved on my end, I wasn't able to pay him all at once due to Zelle’s limits, so I had to wait another 24 hours before sending him the remainder. He never questioned whether I would pay him or not. Elvir towed my pride and joy truck, which had completely burned out in Jacksonville, to my mechanic in West Palm Beach. He demonstrated that humanity still exists and never doubted my commitment to pay him. He showed genuine compassion for my misfortune and treated the remains of my truck as if it had just come out of the showroom. Thank you, Elvir, and God bless you.
