    Here is my take on the company. I've been with this company about 8 months now and I must say it is the best company out of Illinois that I have found so far. It definitely started off rocky but with communication with the company they addressed my needs and continue to do so anytime I have a problem. My Dispatcher is Author and is amazing. He makes sure I get the best paying loads and doesn't babysit you once you're loaded. I also like how he communicates about my loads before I pick them up. I swear if he leaves the company I'm going as well lol. The equipment team and safety are also great with this company. You don't have to call 4-5 times to get something done. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I haven't had the best experience with accounting department. Overall I'm definitely glad to be a part of the team. Also, no problem getting you home for home time and the pay is what they say if you get a dispatcher that understands time is money.
