Decent company, drove here for a bit over six years. Equipment is decent enough, they do keep their trucks in good condition though some of their older trailers are showing their age and you'll definitely feel it in your back and arms. They are very accommodating if there is a sickness in your family and you need time off. Insurance isn't the best, normal rates for Interstate trucking. Their routes and customers that I traveled are good, none I've met were rude or obnoxious. The are a decent family oriented company and will generally work with the drivers when necessity dictates but they do stress compliance with rules and are sometimes flexible, sometimes not so much, it depends on the event and driver. Admit your wrong if you are and go on with your job. Dispatch is decent enough if you communicate, never assume anything lol.... learned that from experience... just keep the communication flowing and up to date and this company will work smoothly enough for most. There was a recent enough accident that caused their insurance agency to force them to utilize driver facing camera's, that's the only reason I didn't give them a 5. In over thirty years of trucking I've seen insurance agencies forcing to many changes with companies that aren't in the best interest of the drivers or so its my opinion.
