    Good company. They care as much as they can while still being your boss. If you're willing to run you can make up to 2,000 a week. So long as you don't have truck issues. Internationals are probably the worst fleet truck.

    Been working here for 4 years now and love it. When they say home every weekend they mean it! Family oriented and understanding. I have enjoyed working for the last 4 years with minimal issues. Management is easily accessible if you need them and the new terminal in Vonore, TN has the best staff.

    Don't do it that's all I have to say. Operations Manager and load planners have no idea what they are doing. Equipment is old and breaks down all the time. I won't even get started on the shop hands, none of them are even certified to work on the trucks.

    They tell you it's a family and Christian based company... perhaps it once was when the father was living. I heard great things about him; however, the new owners are not so much... Majority FM are new and don't have a clue. The few good people there don't outweigh the terrible people. It's only good for starting and getting experience. They really can careless about their drivers.
