Good company. They care as much as they can while still being your boss. If you're willing to run you can make up to 2,000 a week. So long as you don't have truck issues. Internationals are probably the worst fleet truck.

Been working here for 4 years now and love it. When they say home every weekend they mean it! Family oriented and understanding. I have enjoyed working for the last 4 years with minimal issues. Management is easily accessible if you need them and the new terminal in Vonore, TN has the best staff.

Don't do it that's all I have to say. Operations Manager and load planners have no idea what they are doing. Equipment is old and breaks down all the time. I won't even get started on the shop hands, none of them are even certified to work on the trucks.

They tell you it's a family and Christian based company... perhaps it once was when the father was living. I heard great things about him; however, the new owners are not so much... Majority FM are new and don't have a clue. The few good people there don't outweigh the terrible people. It's only good for starting and getting experience. They really can careless about their drivers.

Where to start…. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! In total I have worked for them for 3 years, so I've been here long enough to know what I'm talking about. HOME TIME- "every weekend" that really means Saturday. You'll get home Friday evening and have to leave Sunday morning. PAY - you will be lucky to gross $1000 a week Also if your truck breaks down at your house you will NOT get breakdown pay. If they send you home early due to no loads (which happens often) you will NOT get layover pay Trucks are absolute Garbage and have no power to pull a trailer. People in safety have nothing better to do then sit and watch cameras all day while stuffing their face with doughnuts. Then call and tell you how to drive a truck that they can't even drive. The owners were handed this company by their father and have absolutely no idea how to run it, stay away, go absolutely any where else to work. Choose Montgomery Transport they are a great flatbed company that actually know how to treat drivers.

Overall good company if you're new too trucking and looking to get experience. Safety and training will teach you the ways. Pay is overall decent but can be inconsistent at times. Hope you love hauling Lowe's and Sheetrock loads! I averaged about 15-1700ish before taxes. Bring home about 12-1400

Equipment is old, mileage is low, trucks are nice ( some ) Sun-fri they add everything together and say you get $1.00 mile when u only had 1000 miles, but they dont say minus reimbursements for truck but its factored in, 4 tarp jobs but hey u made a buck a mile!! All the extra pay is funny..

Real world - home time Friday afternoon - sunday somtimes monday. Equipment gov 65 internationals. Old and new models 17s-22s. Training is rather different you make it or you dont. Weekly milage range from low to med, seen more low then med. loads very and you tarp everything! Bread n butter company shys on tarp pay because they put them on half backwards ( good luck with fixing them). Places to park 80% easy rest is a challenge split axles makes truck stops hard, small fuel tanks so they get more weight for the buck. By law you work 14 hours a day and trust me youll work 14 hours a day 7-8hr drive, rest is waiting or tarping! So far had enjoyed this company wish the pay was higher due to to 14 hour days and unhealthy eating habits and lack of ability to use rr and so on ha!
