Meyers Motor Transportation Co

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my strong disappointment and lodge a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct and unfair treatment I experienced at your facility today. I arrived early this morning for my scheduled 6:30 AM appointment and parked in the designated area, clearly first in line. However, I watched multiple trucks that arrived long after me get assigned to docks and unloaded while I was completely bypassed. No updates or explanations were provided for this delay. When I approached the staff to politely ask about my status, I was treated with total disregard and hostility. Prioritizing other drivers over those who arrived on time, combined with dismissive customer service, is unacceptable. As professional drivers, our schedules and ELD hours are strictly managed, and wasting our time like this directly impacts our livelihood. I urge facility management to review the check-in logs and security footage from this morning, address this issue with the personnel on duty, and implement a fair, first-come-first-served or appointment-based policy moving forward.

Truck 157 terrible driver.
