Mgm Worldwide Logistics INC

Avoid this company at all costs. At first all seemed well, I had a good dispatcher, etc. Then came all the different problems, starting with trying to get repairs done on their trailer I was renting. They did not want to spend the $. Late paycheck, when asked was told “oops, I’m on vacation, you’ll get it when I return”. The final straw is the fight to get my escrow back, first I’m told figure it out and don’t call here again, then told they’d like to pay it back over a number of weeks. They refuse to answer phones or talk rationally. The maintenance guy was excellent TLDR; bad company stay away.

MGM Worldwide Logistics inc makes it very easy to do business with them. Their responses to inquiries are quick, they are easy to communicate with whether through email or by phone. They make sure the quality of service is top notch and deliveries are always on time. Highly recommend doing business with this company.

Great experience with this company. Updates were sent as necessary, drivers were very attentive to details, and Jim V. was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the great service!
