Mountain Valley Express LLC

Had two pallets ready for three days and couldn't get a hold of them to schedule a pickup. On hold many times for up to a half hour. Nobody ever picks up. Impossible to do business with a company you can't call. Also sent messages but no response.

I’ve been waiting for my last payment and a way to give them back their computer and their headset and I haven’t received an answer

Horrible experience with this company! We arranged freight for a boxed trunk lid weighing 77lbs. They charged a lift gate delivery and an inside delivery charge, which was not requested and absolutely did not happen. This was delivered to an engine repair shop that had a forklift available to unload. They did not use a lift gate, two of the mechanics unloaded this off the truck. This company is scamming customers and fraudulently adding services they never used. We were charged an additional $308 for something that did not happen. Will never use this company again! Horrible customer service, bad business practices. Will be reporting them to BBB as well. Do not do business with this company!!

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES.

They dont answer their number

The absolute best overnight delivery company in the West!

Run, do not use Mountain Valley Express, requested by my customer to use, what a mistake. No one seems to have a grip English language, first tried to give me to someone else was even more a waste of time. By the way it took them 15 minutes to even answer the phone. This was the 3rd and final time trying to work with them. Called my customers Corporate transportation division and filed a complaint. Done do not use them.

literately could not be worst at their jobs.
