MSD picked up a load out of my warehouse on a Monday 1/05 for a delivery on Tuesday 1/06. Zero communications on their end. I was reaching out for 4 days only to find out the load was sitting on there dock. With the customer line down they couldn't delivery, I had to hire another trucking company to pick up the load and deliver. I'll never Use this company again.
