Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the definition of unprofessional. Late deliveries, zero communication, and rude staff who clearly don’t care about your time or your cargo. My shipment was delayed by over a week with no explanation, and when I called for an update, I was either ignored or spoken to like I was the problem. Trucks looked like they were falling apart — honestly surprised anything made it at all. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy stress, wasted time, and chasing down people who don’t pick up the phone.
