Why is your building so ugly? An eyesore for sure. Did you hire different architects for the two different portions? Maybe look into some paint so they match and your office isn't so ugly.

Statement Regarding My Experience at Orgill, Inc. Based on my experience, I believe Orgill, Inc. does not promote a fair or respectful work environment for all employees. I felt that favoritism existed within management, and employees were not given an equal opportunity to voice concerns without fear of retaliation. In my experience, supervisors and Human Resources appeared to work together in a way that left employees feeling unheard. When concerns or opinions were raised, I felt they were often met with intimidation, disciplinary action, or the threat of termination rather than a genuine effort to resolve workplace issues. The Accounts Payable department, in particular, experienced what I observed to be ongoing turnover. Based on my observations, employees frequently left the department, which I believe was due to management practices and the overall work environment. During my employment, I interacted with supervisors Julie Ganga, Christopher Terry, Corey DeBerry, and Tammy Snow. Based on my personal experience, I believe the leadership within this department was ineffective and contributed to a negative workplace culture. I believe the Accounts Payable department would benefit from an independent review or investigation by senior leadership to evaluate management practices, employee treatment, and whether company policies are being applied fairly and consistently.

Best distributor in the US.

Terrible company. Destroying land and cutting down forests for some warehouses. Yet they blame the city of Collierville and claim they aren’t destroying anything, that it is a contractor doing it not them. Selfish company with zero respect for the environment and community.
