People are ok . Shipping and receiving is by door 20 . They go at their own pace so be patient!

Delivery was good, EZ in and out of facility . 8am -12am appt window , did a drop in hook , dock area spacious plenty of room to back. They have a trailer drop area, and you can overnight park. Dock workers were friendly and helpful.

If your pallets turn over load slide or whatever what not they can fix they’re not like the wrecker service will charge you $3500 to re-stack two pallets, they kind and courteous and have really good rates to fix whatever the shipper messed up….

Not just a courier service a trucking and warehousing service. Friendly helpful people.

My time is 9 am, check is 8:30, I got to the door at 10, it’s slow because the unloading is done manually through the conveyor line, each box is hand-unloaded... I was late for pick-up, the only + overnight 🅿️ …

Awful carrier, awful service , called 5 times and 5 times they transferred me to a voice mail, i was trying to schedule appt..........

Excellent place for delivery. Located off I-459, Exit 6. Quick right turn at Greenwood Pkwy with Jack’s on corner. Easy in and out. Overnight parking if needed.
