    This company paid me 900 a week better than western express, prime, mesilla valley transportation, & crst the only thing I couldn't stand was it's nothing but east coast and hardly any home time

    DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! they are beyond rude, sketchy, pay is crap, on top of they will send info to dot that ain't even true to get your cdl revoked! didn't just happen to be happend to several people over the last few weeks. They say they have proof you were stumbling to your truck drunk, or smoking weed in the truck. they don't ask any questions, just tell you to park your truck and send your info to dot for cdl revoking! If you have prof someone is drunk in the truck or has drugs why wouldn't they call the police and have it searched. makes no sence

    This company has by far been the worse company I ever drove for. It's been a month since I informed them about my broken air conditioner and they have yet to fix it. They care nothing about employees only about money that they barely giving me! If I can give them a negative 1 star rating then I would working in no air with 100 degrees weather tells you enough about the company STAY FAR AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

    If you are thinking about this company DON'T DO IT!!!!!! Pay sucks, mileage doesn't add up, truck stayed down most of the time I was over there. Quick to rush you to pick up loads but not resolve your issues. SCAM ALL THE WAY ROUND!!!!

    They offer you a place to start. You go to their school and get a minimum of 6 months OTR training. That is invaluable. Understanding that they are paying for your school is fundamental. Understand that 1 out of 10 graduates make the 6 month mark is also key. The most upstanding thing I grant them is their transparency. You are TOLD before signing up EXACTLY what the terms are. If you can dedicate 6 months to kickstarting your career then go. If you want to make $1,500 a week knowing nothing about trucking then find a Chicago company to start with. Other professions require years of training before making good money. This is 6 months at base pay (.35 1st 3 months & .45 next 3 months) for education. No entitlement here. Just learn and earn. Period.

    My regular weekday DM is awesome but unfortunately the weekends are a crap show. They tell me week after week that they have nothing for me even though I have over 30 hours left on my clock. Equipment is really good and they dont micromanage BUT the simple fact that im told I cannot work weekends but am an OTR driver is completely ridiculous. Good starter company foe sure but if you want to drive your clocks out without sitting the weekends in between this is not the place to come

    If you're just tryna get your foot in the door it's an ok company would still consider elsewhere. Pay is terrible i contemplate driving off a bridge everyday. Can definitely make more just working in a warehouse. Tell you you can make all this money but between waiting for a load, your truck breaking down it's almost impossible to receive the weekly bonus they push. The dispatchers are rude rude rude! Just about everyone that works at PAM has a condescending tone that they use with you like they're the ones behind the wheel risking their lives. Most companies offer home time after 2/3 weeks not PAM they want you on the road 24/7. $500 check $700 on a great week. Equipment is constantly breaking down. Truck is supposed to idle while you're sleeping, the truck shuts off after 2 minutes and RARELY idles on and off. Make this company a last resort when choosing a company SERIOUSLY you will regret it.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Everything they tell you is a lie. Don't train you properly then fault you for not knowing something.Who can survive for months being paid crumbs? If I didn't have a family that loved me I would be evicted with nothing to my name sleeping in this truck.
