Worst bus company ever!! I don’t know why they have a dispatch service. The dispatch service never picks up, but they don’t inform you that not picking up your kids,They don’t tell you if they come in or not. Have you waiting

This has to be the worst bus service among others,,, my son uses their service, they don't have a phone or any kind of connection with the driver, only have one line for the office where in case of an emergency you call them a million time and may be they will receive once... Worst worst and worst.. They have 2 star definitely for a reason.!!!

Observed a driver of a Pioneer Transportation bus drive over double yellow lines into the lane of oncoming traffic outside of a charter school in the Bronx,NY at dismissal. I would have thought that school bus drivers would be held to a higher standard and would want to perform their job with some degree of professionalism. That definitely was not the case today here in the Bronx. Being in a rush does not excuse poor decisions made behind the wheel. Especially when the safety of our loved ones is at stake.

They are such nice bus drivers and attendants to children. May God Bless them for keeping children safe 💕

The absolute worst company.. had a bus driver verbally assault my 10 year old daughter made her cry and refused to take her bus stop made her stop last over an hour late. Tried speaking to the supervisor, O. Reiter, and got no response. Left multiple message and wrote multiple email and no response. It’s a shame that they get away with treating children this way! All cowards n they should all lose their jobs it’s a disgrace!!! Especially the manager O. Reiter he’s the biggest coward

We have been on the bus for a few years now and I must say we have one of the best bus drives Sam on bus 346. Sam is so attentive and always communicates with us if anything happens and or changes. Sam thank you for your kindness we appreciate you so much.

Worst Bus Company. No one ever picks up in the dispatch office. Never inform parents of any changes in pick up. Like what’s the point of taking the parents number if you don’t use it to update information like route change, drop off and pick up time changes, bus delays. One time me and my child stood outside for 2 and a half hours waiting on the bus. To call the school to learn the bus broke down.

We have had a great experience with Sam on Bus 346. He is always on time, friendly and great with the kids. I know my son is safe and in good hands on his bus.

I really don’t know if Google reviews does anything on a monopoly such as This. But Pioneer bus company is everywhere but are the absolute WORST. They either dont show up, they’re are an hour late or will change the bus pickup spot without telling parents. When you call the office (it show up there) nothing gets accomplished as they just stare blankly and nod until you hang up or leave from frustration.
