Prolead is honestly the best company I’ve leased onto! In this industry, finding transparency can be tough, but with their self-dispatch program, everything is super clear. Even when I ask their dispatchers for help, I never feel like I’m being kept in the dark—no “rate cutting” like many other carriers do. The dispatch support is awesome, and their safety team has made dealing with oversized permits a breeze. Prolead really helps me run my business smoothly while keeping overhead costs low. I was with this company for a very short time. Unfortunately I had to let it go due to personal reasons, but I wish I could’ve stayed here for long time. These guys are the best they’re very honest very transparency Dispatchers are the best no forces patch. if you are a owner operator and planning to put your truck on the road.
