I booked a load with a broker named Nick. When we booked the load, he told us that the shipper loads until 7 PM. The driver arrived at 6 PM, but they told him he would have to wait until at least midnight. He patiently waited for the pickup, was finally loaded after midnight, and then drove overnight nonstop to the receiver. When he arrived at the receiver, apparently there was no electricity, so he was stuck there all day. Another issue we had was with the seal. The shipper put the seal on incorrectly, and the driver lost it on the way to the receiver. He had to put his own seal on the trailer. Apparently, when the load was delivered, they told him they didn't even need the seal. This company makes up stupid rules and then uses them as an excuse to charge an enormous amount of money for basically nothing. We were charged $500 for driver forgetting send a picture of seal at the middle of the night after he was super tired of waiting for that load to be loaded. They also initially paid us $150 for layover due to the driver being stuck at the receiver all day, and then took that money back. no explanaition why. I'm not even going to mention the detention time we had at the shipper, which we never got paid for. They are basically trying to take as much money from you as possible for barely any reason. I also called them because I wanted to speak with broker Nick about the situation and discuss all of these charges. However, he couldn't even bother to give me a few minutes to talk about it. I was very polite and friendly from the beginning of the conversation and had no bad attitude whatsoever. I simply wanted to discuss the situation and try to find a solution, but they couldn't even give me a few minutes of their time. Very unprofessional! I will also leave comments on the shipper’s and receiver’s Google reviews to inform them about how this broker treats the carriers who are doing all the hard work for them. I’m also adding a picture of their explanation for the $500 charge, as well as proof that they told us they were taking the layover payment back for no valid reason. If this is how you want to be treated after spending so much time waiting on their load, then this is the broker to work with. Personally, I strongly suggest avoiding them.

Where do I start… If I tell these guys are clowns that would be a compliment. I booked a watermelon load with them out of NC going to PA and since the beginning there were signs of incompetence. He gave me the details for the load and we agreed on everything which means we CAN and we WILL deliver the load on time. After we agreed he kept saying how we cannot miss the appointment for the delivery like 10 times and how we will be in big trouble if we do so. If we agreed on the load and I booked it, its common sense that we will deliver on time but obviously for these self proclaimed brokers common sense is unknown field. Next thing, driver arrives at the shipper and they are telling him someone else already picked up the load in the morning and when i called them they are saying we sent you an email 5 minutes ago that this load is cancelled by the customer (have in mind its already 4:30pm when this is happening) and I told them no the shipper is saying the load is not cancelled, its picked up by another truck, but they kept convincing me thats not the case even when I knew the truth they kept lying. When I asked for TONU they said we are not paying TONU on produce loads and with that being said my friends: STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS IF YOU WANT YOUR TRUCKING OPERATIONS TO BE SMOOTH. P.S No matter how many times you report this review I will come back every single day here and as soon you delete it I will post it again.

Hello guys, as a truck driver for over 10 years I have never experienced this type of company, very bad behavior. I booked a load on 3/5/26 at 17:36. The p/u time was 19:30 and I arrived at the shipper at 20:10. On BOL delivery date, time was 3/9/26 at 14:30. Therefore the broker Dan K. asked me to deliver the load next day 3/6/26 at 14:30. Agreed to do that, when I arrived at the warehouse the workers already left earlier since 11am. The security guard at the door gate said that. So I stayed there until 18:30 on that Friday to be able to resolve the delivery issue. Now on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 7:30am I received a call from the broker to make the delivery with my new RATE CON with layover paid of three days F-Sat-Sun and Monday. I Never got paid for my layovers and they took $200 out my payment for TONU. All of these do not make any sense after driving more than 11hrs a day, 975 total milles. This is one, truck driver hours violation and broker bad behavior policies. Until now I’m still owing my factory company $715 because of Quantum Freight LLC. So BECAREFUL to work with them.

1 star Booked a load with Quantum Freight LLC. Completed everything as agreed, then never got paid. Zero communication after delivery. This seems to be their MO—book, cancel, double broker, and ignore carriers when payment is due. Will be filing a claim with the bond and reporting to the FMCSA.
