I wanted to leave a positive review for Rider Express CDL Training School. Unfortunately, my application was not approved due to a suspension on my Class C driver’s license, occurred 17 years ago. This is simply company policy, and I completely understand and respect their decision. I have absolutely no hard feelings toward the school. What impressed me most was how easy and professional the entire process was. Their response was quick, clear, and respectful from start to finish. A special shoutout to Latasha! Even though I was not eligible to continue with enrollment, she took the time to thoroughly explain the reason for the decision and provided helpful advice on what steps I should take moving forward. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. While I won’t be attending due to eligibility requirements, my experience with their staff was very positive, and I appreciate the time and courtesy they showed me throughout the process.
