Honestly haven’t had a bad experience myself I see all the one star reviews. Both Josh and Miss Cynthia are A1 imo.

As a nearby resident, every morning between 7:30 and 7:45am we get to hear the driver of a burgundy van blow the horn for a neighbor for 5-10 minutes. You’d think in 2026, a transportation company and its drivers would use technology like phone calls or texts messages to inform passengers of their arrival. Nope, they still need to disturb and distract an entire block with no consideration whatsoever for the other hundred people they are not picking up. People work nights, some work from home and are taking calls, but none of that is taken into consideration. With a 1 star rating I suspect nothing will change their minds about being considerate.

There are good drivers here, you just have to be lucky enough that their paras hasn't called in making them late to the route, pick up times are beyond inconsistent, maybe one week you will be at one time maybe the next week you are at another, communication is dismal at best, customer service skills lacking for most of the staff aside from the good ones, tragic really.

Bus 448 blowing smoke and smog everywhere! Horrible air quality around our children — can’t imagine how horrible that is for the students on board. Our planet deserves better!

Change the oil in your busses I've seen 2 within an hour smoking so bad you couldn't see behind them

I adore the para professionals that come along to assist with the childrens needs, genuine sweet older protective women. Timely communication from the dispatch office Ms Diana & Ms Michelle, if there will be a delay due to the town's wretched train crossing. I appreciate the continuous training provided to the drivers and aides on how to care for a variety of special needs, deter bullying and how watch for signs of epilepsy. My children get excited when they see the school bus or school van and know the friendly faces, time and corner they are expected to be at. I noticed our regular driver even picked up on their interests and had a laminated solar system map printed out so my children could enjoy to look at during the long drive to school (40 minutes). A few times late during the winter season but driver was serious as company motto is better to be late and safe but regardless of SNOW BLIZZARDS, RAIN ,HAIL or fallen trees blocking the road our driver still got us to school safely every single day 2025/2026!!! Both our Am + Pm drivers also relay updates from the teacher aide or what new spanish word we practiced on the bus ( they have so much patience with my language processing delayed learners) and show concern noticing a new bruise or scratch. I give RichLee Vans 5 stars because of consistency, reliability and trustworthy team. Even as parents we know our children can be a handful! Mrs Michelle, Mrs Tameka, Ms June,Ms Mary, Ms Anita, and Mr Terrell are truly remarkable caring professionals
