    They lie. Not 2500-3000 miles weekly. Average 1100. not home weekly its biweekly. Mgmt dont answer nor return calls. dispatch is rude & smart mouths. Look at the bad reviews it's true. Truck broke down twice 1st 2 weeks. My settlement is negative or 400$ Truck idles cost you about 40-60$ a night. If you cut it off you risk it not cranking in the am.

    Risinger is consistent with work if you want to work. The dispatchers and load planners work hard keeping you moving and honor your request including home time when needed. I believe Risinger pride themselves making sure drivers needs are met; whether it's home time, maintenance, or settlement concerns. They try to keep drivers happy. I've been driving semi's for twenty-five years. Risinger was the very first lease purchase company in my career I was given the opportunity to pay my truck off successfully literally three years. Success is what you make it here. And I'm glad I made the decision almost four years ago to be successful. Thank you

    I'm currently driving with risinger and it's like any where else if you do the job you were hired to do you go a long way in this company but if you choose to go home every weekend and you drag your feet getting back to your truck then you probably won't succeed anywhere in this industry my experience with this company has been nothing but fantastic great staff and dispatch great money IF you work for it I get home when I need to or if I'm just ready to go the truck is in great condition and they are on top of it if it has any problems

    When leasing a truck I'm going to recruiting they tell you is not force dispatch but it really is because operations to tell you as they told me "if you don't go to the Northeast you can't work for them" "You can just pay for a truck sitting in your truck" to me this is force dispatch

    One dispatcher says one thing another the oppossite.leasing here its a nightmare automatic volvos are crap you haul a lot of roll stock paper never below 40 000 never gonna catch a break if you threat to leave them make sure you get the approval in writing that you're not gonna get blame for abandonment if not your screwed it will stay in your dac 4 seven yrs.the co. SUCKS,SUCKS,SUCKS not even 1/2 a ☆ rating.
