Riteway Bus Service INC

I can't in good conscience recommend hiring this company or even working for this company, particularly to fellow military veterans. My experience with them revealed a profound lack of accountability. I had just purchased the first new car of my life when it was hit by one of their school buses while parked in a nearly vacant lot. What followed was a nightmare: over 30 hours of my time spent dealing with insurance, coordinating with body shops, and countless phone calls. This company, whose negligence caused the entire ordeal, offered me nothing for my time or the tremendous stress and weeks of headaches I endured. They paid for the car repairs, but their refusal to offer any compensation for my time speaks volumes about their disregard for people. If this is how they treat victims of their own mistakes, it's a clear indicator of a deeper problem within the company culture. I tell this story to everyone I meet, and I urge you to share your own stories of negligence and poor treatment.
