They let a homeless guy that smelled horrible fumigate the whole bus. FOR THE SECOND TIME. I WONT do this anymore , IM Going to do everything in my power to never take the bus again. Second time I had to get off the the bus and Walk for hours... Its a horrible County system. I hate this

A young gentleman named J. Tomajick was so kind, polite as he was getting me on the bus. I felt so at home as if it was my own son helping me. He asked if the air was enough and if there was anything else he could do to make my ride more comfortable. He displayed nothing but service excellent . He was showed professionalism and was very caring. I can't thank transit transportation enough. Definitely gonna recommend all my friends and family at my age knowing how caring we are treated.

HORABLE SERVICE! EDUCATE Your Emploies Because they don't know anything of How YOU Guys run those SYSTEMS! Also tell that GOMICRO to also EDUCATE there Emploies they also don't know anything! The Good thing that they are Good at is LYING 🤥!

I'm satisfied taking the bus yet RTA needs 24/7 service. Holidays and weekend hours suck. I work in South Corona I get off work about 10:30 pm buses stop running after 9 pm on weekdays and I need to get back to east Riverside if I don't have money for a Lyft then I have to stay over night at the Denny's there till morning until the buses start back up again. Please corporate bodies can y'all come up with a solution to maybe do a 24/7 services weekday and weekend and holidays they're are some people that will work the holidays Please please please

Driver drove right past me splashing water on me then the supervisor tells me there’s nothing g they can do about it as if I wasn’t here an 1 hour in the rain!!!! Im getting with my lawyer

Dial a ride got a new system and now they are 20 + minutes late every day

Hoy tuve la peor experiencia con mi niña que la llevaba ala escuela siempre ha inconvenientes aveces hasta discriminada me siento con mi niña hoy fue lo peor ella siempre se para alas 6.58 de la mañana esperando que bus pase alas 7.02 pero hoy se pasó de frente dejándole a mi niña parada llorando me siento muy mal de poder hacer nada ver a mi niña llorando parada encima llegar tarde ala escuela muy mala experiencia debería mejor su servicio muy malo malo.
