Getting my escrow back from them has been a hassle. Was suppose to be paid back 2 weeks ago. Finally got through to accounting this week and was told I would receive a settlement showing a deposit for this upcoming Friday. Luckily all conversations were documented. Protect yourself and keep copies of all agreements signed. 3 stars because I have no complaints on dispatch and recruiting. Will update when it’s returned.

Equipment is well maintained... but they will think nothing of changing your tractor or trailer at the drop.of a dime. I don't generally take much home time, so that wasn't an issue but once - in which case it was weeks after my requested date before I was routed there. If you enjoy sitting, you'll absolutely love this job. Sitting at shippers, receivers, truck stops, etc. Don't count on most of your detention. My average was less than 1800 miles per week, most of that was in the first six weeks. Once they have your escrow, count on around 1200 miles or less.

I think they have good intentions, but the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. too much bureaucracy on little things not enough focus on driving and making drivers money.
