Road Legends

Road Legends is a solid company to work for. Dispatch and office staff communicate clearly, keep me moving, and treat drivers with respect, not like numbers. Equipment is well maintained, and when issues come up, they are handled quickly so I can stay on the road. Overall, it’s a driver‑focused carrier that delivers on what it promises. Now keep in mind not one company is perfect for everyone. What I like and works for me, might not for you. But if you’re looking for change I would suggest at least talking to them and giving them a chance.

Man let me start off by saying if I could give more than 5 stars I would. This company is definitely like no other. No lies , your not a number. You are treated with the utmost respect. They work with you to make sure you not only succeed but you do it mostly stress free . I mean you are still a truck driver so you have that stress but it doesn't come from the company. Again and again they have proven that they stand by what they say 💯 % Dispatch does everything possible to keep you happy and mostly importantly keep you moving. The ladies in the office are absolutely the nicest people you will ever have the enjoyment of working with. Maintenance is on it fast so you are not wasting time and do everything they can to get you going again. Nick and Lilly are some of the higher ups and they completely rock again just like everyone else here they go above and beyond what any other company will . The equipment is good dependable, and clean when you get it. Keeping it that way is on you lol. I can honestly say that joining this company is and has been the best decision I could have made. Ill definitely be here until im done with trucking as long as they will have me.

I love that they say what they mean and mean what they say no bait and switch Monday through Friday good morning sir you pick the truck they keep you rolling you see the money aka keep the left door closed wheels moving

Update: nov 13 2025 still here prospering with Road legends, you will not find a company more dedicated to your success! Great equipment, great communication, overall great experience! I’ve been with Road legends since April of 2024 and so far they have been great, my dispatcher Erik is one of the best I’ve had, and maintenance is great with keeping the truck and trailer serviced. Communication is great , trucks are great , no complaints as of yet…#flatbed

I am a driver here and am absolutely amazed on how this company operates from top to bottom. The equipment is amazing well kept. They are organized and treat me like no other company ever has. The pay is excellent I almost don’t believe it sometimes. And my dispatcher Andrew is incredible. He keeps this truck moving smoothly equating to great miles and great rates. If a jam arrises he is like a magician in maneuvering out of it. He got to be the only dispatcher I ever had that can find a load anytime if I want one when I’ve been held up at a shipper. He makes sure I don’t loose a dollar if I’m detained he gets me paid. I am so impressed how they pay and it’s always correct and on time. If a situation arises Lily does a great job of fixing it immediately. She is always on point and will go out the way to work with you and make sure you have the money you need. Then not to mention my recruiter Bella was unlike one I seen before she told me 100 percent truth about everything and helped me devise a plan to hit my goal of what I told her I want to make a week. She said well if we run loads around these miles and this often you will hit your goal. And I do every week. Orientation was smooth and only one day. And this the first place where there were absolutely no hang ups. I was in a truck the first day making money. I’m so glad I found these people and never thought it happen with the way the industry is today. If you want to be happy with your job everyday you wake up and be financially well off I seriously think you should call Bella and tell her you read Justin Jeffers review and she will get you on the way to making top flight money and being happy to call yourself a owner operator or even a company driver.
