Workers are very rude very bad experience they don’t respect drivers

Rolling r is not a bad place to load up. When I walked inside to check in on a weekend, the fella inside was polite and courteous and told me which door to back into. It did take them a couple of hours to load us but which isn't bad going to a cooler. After the load was loaded, paperwork came very quickly and was in proper order with two copies of each bill of lading. All items and weights were accurate. The produce was not loaded hot so our reefer didn't run or have to work hard for the 1200 mile load ahead of us. The reviews say there is Street parking at the facility but be aware there are a lot of permanently parked vehicles on the side of the road such as campers or if it's the weekend there will be trucks parked there for guys on home time. There are other side streets in the area that you can park on. You just have to drive around and find a spot. The signs say no parking from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. so park at your own risk, but I seriously doubt they're going to give you a ticket considering there's a crap ton of RVs with people squatting on the street and RVs.

8 hours to load 13’pallets. Owner really really nasty, employees are great, overnight parking on street

Appt. was for 12 noon took me in at 8am no matter what the situation is just be nice. Heads up they charge $75 for any leaning pallet.

A terrible place; the long wait is a waste of time.

By appointment they’re unloading I got completed in hour, it’s dry load.

Park on the street first walk in to the receiving office, fill up the paperwork and go wait on the street for a loooooooong time. Don't book anything else after this . Let me put it this way no matter what time you checked in. They close at 4:30 pm If they start unloading at 4:20 you will be out at 4:30 🤨🤐😬😵‍💫😵🥴

This is bad company and they employs are too much lazy.they are unrespossible employees.they don’t care another people time.i had two time come here and both time waste my 10 to 12 hours. This company employees is disrespectful.
