I shipped the contents of a small apartment and a motorcycle from NYC to Europe. It is a bureaucratic, complicated, process but was well guided by Schumacher, Cedric and Frank. The cargo ship landed in the end after a couple of months at see and eventually everything arrived. Intact. This is something you can't do on your own.

Schumacher helped us move a 40' container with all of our earthly possessions from the US to France, and they made it so easy and painless! I can not recommend them highly enough - from the clear communications, to the friendliness of their team and the meticulous, professional packing and delivery of our items, they are the best in the industry. Everything was received in pristine condition and unloaded for us... a seamless experience from door-to-door. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Special shout out to Nathan and Adriana, they truly put my mind at east through the entire process, making the experience as stress-free as possible.

When crew came to pack they were very efficient and professional, handled items carefully and fast. So first phase was actually much easier than ever, we have usually stressed a lot during the packing day but this time we discussed with my wife that we were first time feeling even relaxed! We had a wonderful experience with Schumacher Cargo and fully recommend their services. They were very reasonably/competitively priced and the service they offer is top notch. A true door to door service, they bring all of their own supplies and box/wrap everything up for you, which was a huge bonus for us. The guys who packed/unpacked our belongings were very professional, punctual, trustworthy and kind. We were very impressed with them (and grateful)! This was my first international move, we worked with Nathan and Kevin/Adriana and cannot say enough good things about them. I was really happy with their organization and communication. They were very honest and responsive and guided us through the entire process. We were also very pleased with their sister company OSS World Wide Movers who received and delivered our belongings to us at our new home. Everything arrived unscathed and accounted for and we are very grateful for their service. Highly recommend!

Absolute nightmare experience. Avoid the Los Angeles branch at all costs! I was originally quoted $5,630 to ship two cars in a single container from Arizona to Germany, starting December 19th. The plan was to route them through Houston, Texas. Instead, without my permission, Schumacher shipped them to Los Angeles. When I demanded answers, they claimed a salvage title meant the car couldn't ship from Texas—a claim I highly doubt. This unauthorized rerouting caused massive delays and endless hidden fees. While in LA, they held my cars hostage until I paid an unexpected $7,765 for an "extra customs checkup." It took over five full months just to get the cars to Europe. Once in Germany, Schumacher tacked on another surprise fee of $3,931.40 just to release the vehicles, completely ignoring their original quote of around $520 per car. To make matters worse, their German destination partner, SATS Group GmbH, was completely unprofessional, clueless, and a nightmare to deal with. They tried to force an absurd, double-taxation customs scheme on me regarding my final delivery to Bulgaria. I paid triple what I was originally quoted, suffered through a 5+ month delay, and dealt with shocking unprofessionalism. I will never use Schumacher Cargo Logistics again, especially the Los Angeles branch. Be warned!

Schumacher handled a complicated shipment from Washington DC to Paris and their service was prompt, friendly, always responsive, and, basically, flawless. When issues arose — we added some valuable paintings at the last minute — Cedric and Frederick responded within minutes. Can’t say enough nice thiings about their service

This is the second time I use Schumacher Cargo. The last time was to ship my 1967 MG to France - which went very well. This time I needed to ship a LCL of household goods to London. For the small amount of household goods, I briefly considered air freight however, of the six freight companies I called, Schumacher was THE ONLY one who answered with a human (as opposed to a bot) and got back to me immediately with further questions and a quote. Schumacher have been responsive throughout and made the process easy and efficient.
