This is a company that will have you sitting for hrs I been sitting for 30 plus hrs waiting on a load. Then I tell them that I wanted to return my truck they cut the truck off and went home I must say this is the most garbage ### company I ever work for, if you see a negative comment in the review it's true I tried to look over them until I got here. They will promise you so much and have the nerves to tell me they cut the truck off cause they couldn't reach me. The hold time I'm on WhatsApp with recruiter Martha. It's 110 in Monroe Louisiana and they cut the truck off

They will lie to get there way, They won't pay you for what you've worked either they owe me $1,178.99 for 1 week an more money for the 2nd week, If you bring up a problem about pay be near your house because they'll deactivate your truck and leave you stranded like they did me in West Virginia with no way home thankfully I was able to borrow money from a friend to get a U-Haul, they'll also edit your ELD so you can run longer which I don't agree with and will never run on logs that aren't correct, they claim no forced dispatch that's a lie, Everyone there is rude and disrespectful and will not respond to you if you have a problem so please do your self a favor and don't apply here

Run from this company. It starts out good but don't get sick. If you are on hometime or out sick they will withhold your paycheck until you leave the house for work again. Once my dispatcher quit it went down hill. Let's talk about a $3800 load, a $3200 load, a $1500 load plus 4 days layover pay at $150 each day and you get a check for $967!!! How does that work??? After being out sick they basically had me begging for my check for 2 weeks and lying to me everyday saying you will get 100% of your pay. I only got a fraction and was told I need to wait until next week to get the rest. They hold you money to bully you into driving for them. They had me take a load just to get what I already earned and still didn't get it all. I was get 75% of the load but then I had to sign a new contract at $2.05 a mile with the promise of getting paid but that was lie, leaving me unable to pay my bills and provide for my kids. Don't believe nothing them . Just run

Miles are great money is ok and driver managers are great. What’s not great is they aren’t willing to tell you how much you have Accrued in your maintenance account and when it comes to repairs they don’t allow the driver to go where they want or when they want to fix it. It’s always wait until you get back to Illinois cause we get it cheaper. Then it takes forever for them to get you there. Outside of this issue is a great company.

Running the Lease Purchase Program. So far So good. The miles are there, the split is fair and the fees are simplistic. Dispatch is very competent; well at least mine is. The equipment is really good… All these things are so far. The best lease purchase program I’ve done.

Love everything about this company. Been with them for about three months and I can say only good words for them.
