They don’t deserve not even a star ,rude costumer service agent(receptionist)

This is the worse transportation company ever and their dispatcher’s be lying so much.They will actually waste your time.please don’t book this transportation they horrible

I had a surgery set up for my mom that required a 7am arrival, for an 8am procedure. So we had a 6am pick-up set up... to which no one came. I called at 6:15, I was told the driver was coming. I called at 6:30, was never taken off of hold even though I was the only one calling as I was number 1 in the line queue. I called again at 6:45 hanging up from the 6:30 call that I waited 15 minutes on hold for. Nothing. Van finally shows up at 6:58. But get this, there's someone else in it and now even though we are an hour late we have to ride out with someone to their destination to then go to ours. Yes... the arrival time was supposed to be 7, with an 8am surgery. We got to the hospital at 8:15. A month back, we needed to make it to a MRI at 10am. We made it there at 11:30 because our pick up dropped us off at the wrong place, I had to call up to have him call back and then we went to the right location while the driver was having an argument on the phone with someone on a personal call which how he dropped us off at the wrong place in the first place. SINAI VAN SERVICE is absolutely garbage. Most of the drivers have zero communication skills. Wait times are ridiculous. And even if a van is stopping at your location, it won't be yours even if it's empty because Lord forbid that someone connects drivers and the locations they are already at. And go ahead, try to put in a complaint against someone. No one will ever call you back, or acknowledge that they are understaffed and don't have enough vehicles for the demand they have. If you have ANY chance of working with any other van service... GO FOR IT! I put in one star to write this review, but this is zero to "negative zero" stars for this van service.

HORRIBLE service! They took 3-4 hours to pick the patient up while consistently telling me someone’s on the way. (No one was on the way) Extremely unreliable and unacceptable especially when the patient is disabled. The driver himself was very kind and helpful however, the dispatchers need to stop LYING and saying someone is on the way when, they are not! Extremely unsatisfied and unacceptable.

Always late, never let you speak to dispatcher, always say they are looking for someone in your area as if they didn't know for weeks in advance the pick up time and date. File complaints against them every chance you get so they can get removed from MAS list of transportation companies!

Absolutely unacceptable service and borderline elderly abuse with how they treated my parents on both legs of their transportation to and from the Hospital. Furthermore the drivers extorted a tip from my them in order to complete the door to door service that was guaranteed when we booked this service. I will be reporting this operation to the BBB and 311.

Horrible customer service!

Currently waiting for my grandma to arrive for her 11:20am appointment. It's 11:55am and the doctor wouldve canceled the appointment after the 15 min grace period if I didnt meet her here and vouch for her. Please hire ppl that work with urgency and understand that they are messing with the lives of elderly people who need this type transport. I called and the first woman gave an attitude. I didnt even give a name and she knew who I was calling for which tells me that they didnt have too many people to transport and they are taking their sweet time. Please do better, this is not just a job. If u dont want to be helpful, you shouldnt be working in healthcare or the elderly.
