    Very disappointed in this freight service! They refused to deliver on a gravel road even though they excepted to delivery. Driver said they can’t deliver to a residential location. Problem is the property is owned and operated by a multi state corporation and I have received and shipped freight from this location for 5 years! I will instruct all my vendors never to ship with this company!

    I do not know why they have such a small score! SMTL is the best! People that work there are always very nice and helpful!

    Dealt with rudest man I have ever spoken to on the phone at about 1:15 on Monday 5/19. Absolutely unintelligent, all around rude and awful person to speak to. Would take the time to call and ask for his manager if I knew his name. Gives the whole company a bad and unprofessional look.

    Joke of a company. We had multiple orders transferred through them and there's always an issue. This time after 3 day delay they claim they lost a shipment. Customer service hangs up instead of trying to help.

    Really rude. Had them sub contract for daylight transport,. SMT no message left so they didn't deliver like daylight promised.
