    This is one of the worst companies to work for. Management is incompetent, they treat employees like trash. The employees that's loyal, they run them in the dirt. This company has a high turnover rate. Will, the doc manager is a complete a whole. Stay away from this guy he has no communication skills and will cause a hostile environment. Route planning is horrible, you leave the yard at 7:30 -8:00 and your first stop don't open until 10:00. Don't work for SMT.

    One of the worst companies I've worked for. They do not care about you at all.....they'll run you into the ground. Not enough time to take lunch cuz you're constantly overloaded ......

    Very OLD equipment '05 being the oldest. Starting pay is .38 with experience does it increase to .42 Just recently did the company go to E-Logs. Home weekly if your a Regional Driver never agree to go off that or they will try to run you like an OTR driver. If you show them that you're willing to work they will utilize you and you will average about 2700 miles a week. Company relies a lot on its LTL it does have TL .They hire drivers with no experience whatsoever, can't remember when the last time I saw the same driver in the same truck. The dispatchers are like at any other company.
