Now i understand them reviews with their lack of being responsible as to answering calls. Was looking forward to maybe work with Spirit but i guess theyy too busy with too much work no one has a chance to answer a call. Yeah maybe i should have gone im person. But still whats to be expected when you need to get ahold of someone.

I had a great experience with Spirit Truck Lines LLC. David helped me through the entire process and made everything fast and easy. He answered all my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. I definitely recommend Spirit Truck Lines to anyone starting their CDL career, especially beginners looking for a smooth onboarding process!

Terrible experience with their driver. He engaged air brakes at dock and was told it would take up to two hours to unload and he was ok at dock. As my employees were beginning to unload 100lb water heaters he began to move forward without any warning causing dock plate to fall and two employees hanging on a string to not fall out of truck or get crushed by trailer. Driver multiple times said he does not feel guilty and felt he had done nothing wrong and even laughed when I told him he could have killed my guys with family at home. Will refuse absolutely any load coming into our yard from this company. It seems by your other reviews you do not take action on unsafe drivers so I believe reporting this further will be necessary.
