My kids have had this there whole life. There's some dedicated and hard-working bus drivers and AIDS very appreciative their hard work I want to say thank you to all you hard workers my kids are adults now and they will continue taking your buses

As a parent with a child in a special school, I want to acknowledge the excellent care and professionalism of the bus driver, Mildred, and her aide. Their understanding of my son's condition and dedication to his well-being have made a significant difference in his school experience. I am truly grateful for Storer's reliable and safe transportation services.

Felicia and Jeremy are the managers at the modesto location. They allow their employees to hang up phones, picking up the phone and putting it back down to further push your wait time to the point of exhaustion you hang up. They change routes for my son without calling and letting me know. There are days he shows up 20 min after school and now the driver has been bringing him home close to 2 hours after school is over. This is ridiculous. You guys dont think I work? Why do you guys feel so entitled? Multiple lawsuits and one lawsuit that was filed in 2026. Pathetic excuse for a special needs bus company.

I called for questions about a job and the Lady who answered was very nice and polite.
