Needed my tractor trailer towed back in after a transmission issue. After calling around Suburban by far gave me the best rate, and even showed up in under an hour! Handled my truck with the utmost care. Absolutely professional service!

On 8/9/23 we've called Suburban to send the rotator for the trailer lift up, due to the trailer slipped off from the fifth wheel. It was brand new Cascadia and less then one year old Great Dane 53 footer loaded van. The Trailer partially was on the truck's frame, so we just need to lift it up and pull the landing gears down to squeeze the truck under the trailer. The Rotator arrived pretty quickly (it was close by in Elk Grove). The operator placed the strap under the trailer by the landing gear area. I asked him to move the strap forward over to the king pin area to PREVENT the bottom rail damage but he refused to do so and he said he will install the edges protection. For aluminum bottom rail protection operator used RUBBER MUDFLAPS AND TWO PIECES OF WOOD... HE DID TWO RUBBER MUDFLAPS AND TWO PIECES OF WOOD TO PROTECT THE ALUMINUM RAIL OF LOADED TRAILER FROM THE DAMAGE. Then he adjusted knuckle boom and hit the roof on the trailer. After about an hour of adjusting and hundred attempts to place the wood pieces between the trailer bottom rail and the strap he lifted it up. And then happened exactly what I told him on the beginning... the wood pieces squeezed off the strap and damaged a bottom rail and because of aluminum rail smashed it cut the strap and the LODAED TRAILER FELL DOWN. Thanks God I've moved the truck from under the trailer. Right after it happened the operator said I need to talk to the office or to the owner of Suburban and they will take care of the damage expenses. (Operator's name was James) However they charged us for the ,,Service " at the moment with no adjustments. I've called the office multiple times, dispatch lady says she can not help with this issue, she can not provide any information on this damage expenses and the owner is unavailable... Sounds like the best customer service, right? Now, what we got here: It was few months old trailer with no damage and after Suburban "worked" on it we got ROOF DAMAGE, PASSENGER SIDE BOTTOM RAIL SMASHED, DRIVER'S SIDE BOTTOM RAIL CRACKED, ALSO QUESTION MARK FOR THE FLOOR CONDITION due to loaded trailer fell down. THEY CHARGED US FULL AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SERVICE CALL. And we do not know if owner of Suburban knows about the incident or not. This review probably the only way to bring it to his attention and to the attention of all future customers of Suburban as well. Business relations for us meaning honesty, reputation and responsibility ... but unfortunately for somebody else it is just about to get a few hundred of dollars ASAP. Thank You.
