    The owner will work you like a dog, steal from your wages, give you no personal or sick time off, does not care about your well-being, will be openly racist and rude to your face, and will fire you if he is mad about you taking sick time. Stay aware there is a lot of turnover. He also tries to keep your last check. He has now been reported to the department of labor and human rights. Other employees will be pursuing formal complains through Illinois as his policies do not change are unethical.
