    The only good thing about this company is the dispatch. Everything else is absolutely terrible. Pay is absolute trash. Work you for Pennie's and give cheap freight loads. Which I suspect the higher pay ones go to local drivers making hourly. Steer clear, if you enjoy working for free I suggest a soup kitchen.

    Well were to start. I drove for almost a year with this company. I even dated someone in the safety department. I was terminated for what. I really was never told why. But I believe to this day it was BECAUSE I was involved with someone that's close to one of the owners. The dispatcher I had and his boss was HORRIBLE AND THE WORST Planners EVER.

    This company is full of sh** they don't pay, straight pay even after 40 hours, with experience 21.80 an hour to run across country and back, miscommunication, they talk more than they listen, I hope they go bankrupt, I hope they lose everything they have & some!! It's a straight f****** joke and total set up from the time the clock starts ticking!! Total failure they will make you think your crazy all along they lie and play in your mf face!! Do not work for Timco PERIODT. Thank me later muahhh ????

    I write a review on all companies I've worked at. So I'll do the same here. These guys are ok. Office staff was perfect. Tim is a great guy. hands on. Lease purchase will was cool to work with. To be honest the only problem with me and them, I was old school. I couldn't deal with cameras and mics in the truck. When you drove as long as I have, you don't need a baby sitter. 38 years 0 moving violations 2 unpreventable accidents. I just couldn't get over someone watching me, or listen to every little thing I do. Trucking has changed, long the days of the ol cowboys.so I guess it all depends on what you need or what you can put up with. I think if you're ok with being seen and listening to you can find a home here. I just couldn't. Even if it's true there not watching or listening how would you really know. So over all I would give them a strong 8. A 9 if they didn't have cameras facing inside and the mics. And nobody and I mean nobody gets a 10. Happy trails. NO CHARGE!!!

    After 39 years in the business at first I thought it was a perfect fit but during the Christmas holidays my very first week I put in 3,800 Miles I've been telling dispatchers for days I was running out of time to find me a load going close to home so I can do my reset, I was in Lexington KY when they found me a little going to my home but I was out of time, after 39 years I'm not sitting in no truck in no freaking parking lot nowhere on this planet so I came on in out of time and still made the delivery yes I had to skip every scale, they turned my fuel card off way too late I already filled up I'm not stupid, but it's poor management when you have someone that's been driving trucks there entire life you do what what you have to do to keep them happy you never let a man with 39 years experience walk away they let me walk away. Which is fine with me cuz there's nowhere I can get a job but a real manager would have called me up and said come on back here something we need to talk teach me how to get things right around here. Who needs to go and who can stay. That's how you turn a million dollar incorporation into a billion dollar incorporation.

    Drivers you don't wanna work here for timco it's more of a witch hunt …like they look for reasons to write you up or fire you, they wanna chargeback anything and everything anything from glad hands, air hoses to scratches, the two safety clowns are constantly on top of you neither has a CDL and furthermore they are both convicted felons with a little too much authority. They offer no raises in the last 2years , they are constantly watching you on two way cameras in the truck. Even more top brass drives fancy cars but don't wanna give any raises to the employees who got them that success. You been warned drivers. NOT the place to be working for…these guys are crooked as crooked gets.

    Great Up to date maintained equipment. Flatbed or Dry Van 1 day off per week out ( OTR) Hourly/ local/ regional runs Very professional staff and very knowledgeable Saftey Team who are passionate about your success and the safety of the public. Very professional orientation (2-3 Days) No big " Hoops" to jump through during orientation just regular down to earth business. Very Nice single booked hotel with Breakfast. Transportation to and from orientation and hotel daily....no "5 AM" start time at orientation. Lunch provided Daily at orientation. Paid orientation ($100)
