    lots of sitting and no detention pay. trucks are old but maintained ok. ppl are great ppl but some suck at their job. referes are junk recycled trailer easiest way to explain them. they haul a lot of cheap grocery freight so percentage pay sucks. and lots of Chicago loads in and out the eat up lots of sitting time

    communicating from the beginning, they told me they paid $.72 per mile, but once I got there and went to orientation, then I was told that the drivers are paid percentage of the loads so in a seven day timeframe you can expect to run between 500 and 600 miles empty and not get paid for those miles

    Great people to work for..they have all the same issues as any trucking co.they just deal with them differently.. in 7 years never had a problem their team didn't work out for me

    New well maintained equipment, great home time, average industry pay and good benefits. Steady freight that keeps you going to familiar places and home every weekend and holiday

    Been there a year and a half and had some growing pains with going from foodservice deliveries to bumping docks. Communication could be better at times, but pay and benefits are good. There are no weekends unless you have an understanding and they do ask for volunteers to cover weekend loads. The office staff is very nice and very understanding. None of them are loose cannons. They do expect a lot from their drivers, so expect to be rolling a lot. The equipment is fine for the most part and the trucks are some of the nicest looking around. Loads are paid by percentage. Pay checks are steady.
