Toby's Trucking had a truck driver that totalled my car while it was parked on a mall parking lot, the truck driver was driving while DUI and he was arrested. Now, Tobys trucking Insurance company is barely offering to pay the minimal even they admit being at fault. I will be left without a car for my family, no means of transportation.
