Fast in and out just go in check in with the inspector grab or drop the chassis wherever you where told to do so and that's it

Trac at csx bedford are super slow & lazy always hiding so they don't work. Chassis had broken air line and told driver to go get a spotter to move bc it’s “broken” that they can’t release breaks. The spotter said they have to release breaks for them to move chassis. Mechanic waste driver time by giving false information. Driver was in the rails for 2 hours bc of this mechanics. Not sure where drivers or carrier can report this mechanics. They said there’s no supervisor at this station. Even the mechanic who I talk, mention that the yard mechanic leaves home about two hours early from work.
