They fire/lay off safety and driver manager staff just when they're about to hit six months and become fully vested. Shockingly, they're now being audited by DOT because of their safety score. Can't imagine why. You'll be dealing with managers and safety coordinators with barely any experience in the field, because nobody lasts a year.

This company is possibly the worst ever! They contracted my husband, paid for a rental from Atlanta to Arkansas. After a few days of orientation, he was ready for a load! The truck he was given was full of problems! Tires were bad, engine clattered with engine light on, no A/C the list continues. He tried to contact the manager and dispatch all day Friday, Saturday…. More than 18 calls per day! Finally someone called him back and told him to take it to the mechanic at the terminal. They pretty much did nothing! Although composed on his little sheet how all issues had been fixed. My husband is more concerned about the safety of the other on the road! As he stated, if he had taken this truck, and he were to encounter inclement weather it would have been a disaster. Mind you, this company makes you sign a form making you responsible for all issues with the truck.… what in the holy hell?!?! On Monday, my husband was even willing to continue working as long as they changed the truck. They said they didn't have any available (there were many in the lot.) so he was given no choice but to move on! 3 other drivers also moved on on this day! What does this tell you about this company?!?! Well, one more thing!!! If you can even believe it. After hours of waiting they offered him a bus ride back to Atlanta! Meaning that all of his belongings (food) stayed with them. They assured him that the Huber would stop at the bank before dropping him off like a sack of potatoes with no food or water!!! Of course they lied!! The Huber Driver said that they had only paid for 1 stop! This is unacceptable, inhumane, and disgusting!!!! Shame on you!!!!!!
