    Over bearing micromanaging.Forced dispatch.Work/life balance is unheard of,only work.Total disrespect towards drivers.Very low wages for a lot of hours a week.Stressful environment.Equipment always breaking down.Inward facing cameras

    Veterans need not apply. Company"s automatic trucks are constantly breaking down. The trucks spend more time in the shop than on the road. Seem to play favorites when they hand out newly purchased automatic trucks

    You are just a number that's all you will ever be. But they do have a lot of work. Ask you to put off duty or sleeper to Extend your day. Even though you are monitoring load. And they will dispatch you for the next day even though you haven't had rest.???????????? 1 day reset, get back at it. You are nobody, life doesn't matter. You will be replaced.
