I've been with USFL Trucking Company since July 2025. I'm loving every minute of it! The team is top-notch, and I especially want to shout out my dispatcher, Tony - he's an amazing leader who always has my back .The company culture is supportive, and I appreciate the opportunities I've had to grow and learn. As a Company Driver, I appreciate the competitive 30% gross revenue split, which allows me to focus on the open road while knowing I'm taken care of. It's great to be based in Chicago, and I'm enjoying the routes and freight I've been getting. I'm originally from Virginia, and it's been a smooth transition to the Midwest. Been on this company for about 4 months now. All i can say is this is the best one yet to drive for, will keep you running till you want to. Dispatchers are very friendly and flexible, will work on your schedule if needed be. The check is $$. You just need atleast 1 yr of experience and clear background. Whatever you see on their website/fb advertisement is legit.

Hey Driver, yah you, the one who is checking out the reviews before making that leap of faith. I get it, i was in your shoes almost a year ago now. A driver that wont stay long to a company if your not making any money. WELL no smoke and mirrors here , im still here, wanna know why? Im making a good positive check every week. If you work hard and drive , be on time with the loads you will clear 2k or more a week here. We got 3 different flavors , flatbed, reefer, and dry van , whatever you can drive. Look no company is a 100% , but these guys try hard to fix the crap you and I go through as drivers. They have an open door policy here , communication is a key factor here, trucks are fairly new or brand new condition depends on the truck you are interested in, our maintenance team is crazy on keeping the fleet rolling , time is money. We have currently Volvos, Peterbuilts Classic and 589s , Freightliner and T680s . Look we all hear the same promises and bribes from company's that promise the world .
