Everyone don’t know his job don’t listen how a lot of problem with chicken they are angry all the time when somebody get here

No one is there , they will you call you 2-3 hours before your appointment for pu ! And you should which building you pu (A-E)

Unorganized place , people running around pretending they are busy. If you are a truck driver coming to pick up , prepare yourself for long wait because appointments here are just a joke. I can see that they are loading first truckers who already seems to know.

It takes 6 hours from CA to EWR and It takes 4 hours from aircraft to warehouse Hey United Cargo I just want to let you know that there is a reason why shippers use aircraft for shipping. If you don’t know it , just google it!

You check in at the office and wait for your number. Office entrance is between dock 27 and 30.

The staff there may be good, but there’s no system. No restroom, and no one gives door numbers—I had to go three times to get one. My 11:00 appointment took 6 hours to complete. This is unacceptable and must be fixed.

Excellent service, fast and efficient.

The have to fix the problem with the driver who take the door before processing the paperwork and block the dock for other driver thank you, all another is good for now
