Stay away — they delay payments and have a bizarre invoice submission process. I have an invoice past due since 10/30. I’ve resubmitted it multiple times to their billing email, which appears to send automated rejections regardless of what is submitted. They do not follow any standard or commonly accepted invoice submission process. Despite claiming specific requirements, even when I complied, the invoice was still rejected. I normally submit invoices through QuickBooks, which sends all required billing documents as separate files. Since their system doesn’t seem to handle that, I combined all documents into a single file and resubmitted—yet it was still rejected (see attached). This feels intentional and unnecessarily complicated, resulting in delayed payments. Very frustrating experience.
