    They lie to your face about wages and miles you dont get you can never get ahold of anyone by phone and if your lucky they will respond through email.very unprofessional company.DO NOT APPLY ITS A WASTE OF TIME.you make enough to pay your bills and when you give notice of leaving they give you less miles and charge $400 to clean truck even if its in tip top shape

    I started in March of 2023 and got my CDL with the carrier. I've busted my tail, owned my mistakes, kept a positive attitude, and religiously focus on safety. In turn I get good miles every week, drive a newer tractor, and frankly get left alone to just run miles. IMPORTANT: trucking is performance based! The paychecks and home time I enjoy each week is nothing more or less than the result of focus and effort. If you can commit yourself, you too can be successful here. The culture here is that of a small family owned business. Yet they invest enough in technology and equipment like a larger carrier. Management has an open door policy and they insist on getting feedback from their drivers. In short they strive to keep elite drivers and support aspiring newer drivers to reach that level as well.

    I've only been with Veriha for two months but everything I spoke with the recruiter about has been accurate. Beriha is a forward thinking company that isn't afraid to embrace technology.

    This place is a great place to work if you're a go-getters...... don't make excuses and or break the law and you'll go far here .... Anyone who complains about the cameras is someone who plans on breaking rules or the law..... Been treated great here with only an occasional hiccup

    Don't believe a word they tell you. They lie about everything. $.44 a mile and you are lucky to get 1000 miles a week. You can make the same money at McDonald's. And not be out on the road for 5+ days a week.

    Very poor on all of the above I would not recommend them at all. Bad trucks bad staff/ planners. My trainer was crap mike was his name loude and violent. As well as A racist he hates any one who is not white his tattoos say it all. I grew up in WI driving big rigs. This place is trying to be a big boy company that they will never be with swift workers there lol.
