    I have been fortunate to partner with Alex of The Ortex Group. Operating a Conestoga for him I've never made more money while driving over the road it's last 16 years. And that includes the two years of covid. Keeps the equipment updated constantly if there are issues they're repaired almost immediately. Dispatching is key and the dispatcher l i d a is remarkably effective at her job. The rates she negotiate are critical to my Revenue as I am a percentage based driver and I could not be happier. Excellent company for anyone to come on board

    So far so good, been with them a couple of months. I'm driving reefer, miles are not bad 2800 average weekly.My dispatcher is reachable at any time, which is not very common. Good equipment and very good team.

    I'm glad I choose this company, I've been working for them for a couple of months and my paycheck is always on time, which is the most important thing. My dispatcher has become like a brother to me during this time...Great people and great place to work!

    I don't like to write reviews, But this company is the best that I have worked for on this market .I've been a driver for 10 years , I have seen so many companies. But this one for me is the best when it comes to how do they treat their employees and the owner is very decent. Everything that my recruiter told me before I came here was true. It's very rare someone to tell what to expect from the company before you get there.

    I'm Jonathan former driver of truck 211022. I'm going to leave this open for a future edit at a later date when I receive my paychecks, escrow, and refund for opening an incorporation and completing loads. Let me just say that the group of people that brought me on are great, Julie, Maggie, and another lady that was in orientation, but that's where the greatness ends. You will be pulling teeth getting these people to pay you amongst a host of numerous other problems this company suffers from. I'll edit to describe these in full after I receive funds owed to me by this company. Please wish me luck, seems I'll be needing all I can get...

    I'm already here 3 years. Pay is very good. Equipment is taken care. Dispatchers give 2200-3000 miles on average. Got a new Freightliner Cascadia this year.

    Started with them in January, overall the company it's not diffrent in any other company in Chicago, but they have a really good tema to work with, and a very good maintnance team , they will fix the truck asap. The miles run beetween 2400 to 3000 miles weekly.Not bad for this market. I wish hometime to be like on every 2 weeks.

    I worked there almost a year and quit, I'd stay 2 months at a time and they started making excuses when aking for hometime, there wasn't any good paying loads going to Texas and that they couldn't find nothing at all, and mind you I live close to Laredo. At one time the closest they had gotten me hone was Houston and they charged me for diesel to go home, that was 6hrs away form my home. Watch out when telling them you quit because they'll keep your last pay checks and $2000 escrow. You'll see they're true colors and there's nothing kind and understanding about those female dogs and aholes, especially dispatch, and a bald headrd guy working at their Joliet yard. I've called them 22 times in one day asking for my paycheck and escrow and they've hung up on me or sent me straight to voice mail. I showed up in person called the police and they've said it's a civil matter, so they've been through this before. Right now I've reported them to the labor department, I've called the police, and I'm going to file a civil law suit against them. They're no miles and you sit a lot and it's force dispatch they just have a different way of telling you, that there's no good paying load going anywhere else but whatever they're giving you, because when I was quiting they even told me they didn't have anything good that was paying going to Chicago, and that was going towards their yard.

    They make you work on the truck if is out of warranty, turn it off and on 15 times unhook it from the batteries, wait a while to reset. It's forced dispatch, three weeks minimum before you can ask for home-time, 1,500 miles a week, refeer loads. Office people don't treat drivers good
