    Very weak management, little to no management skills, company flys by the seat of their pants, have closed down 50% of their service centers, can't keep ops managers, all employees are looking for jobs.

    Decent outfit to work for until I broke my leg and was down a month. They came and got the truck in the middle of the night off of private property. A month later when I go back to work..all of a sudden no one knows where my cb..dash cam..GPS Bluetooth and other items are and from the sounds of it..they really don't care about my material. Bottom line..if you're injured away from work and down more than 2 weeks...get everything you own out of it because it will cease to exists when you get back

    I've worked for vss for several years now there are good and bad as anyone in this industry knows things that play into the bad days are above most drivers pay grade and trickle down with that said the owner and his staff you can't beat there top knotch, especially if your a worker,and are safe,let your logs do your talking do what you were hired to do, this company will be there for you in short this is an awesome company
